Service Description

All levels welcome. Heels or socks welcomed. Knee pads suggested. Come roll, slither and slide around on the floor, with a little booty shaking. We'll play with floor based tricks, work on core stability with short combos each week with time for open play and exploration.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel for a credit please do so 12-hours prior to class. Classes cut off for new sign ups 15 minutes prior to start time. Classes with less than 2 students will be cancelled.
