Awaken the goddess with in with this sensual heels and pole class. Combining elements of Russian exotic, flow and liquid style to find a juicy flow. This class is focused on the dance elements of pole and many ground based tricks and poses. We will focus heavy on sequencing and choreography. Platform heels and knee pads required. At least 4 intro to pole classes required.
