Level 1 pole covers basic spins, poses and short sequences. Designed for those with no previous pole experience. Shorts and a tank top is suggest with socks or bare-feet.

Any cancelations or reschedules made 12-hours or closer to class start time are not eligible for a credit. Booking closes one hour prior to the start of class.
