It will lengthen, tone, firm and stabilize your muscles, joints and all the ligaments of your body! Do the most classic Barre Warm Up, build up those arm muscles with strategic band work then hit legs hard. After you can’t take anymore there’s still some booty work to encourage the most attractive ASSets one can hope for. You’ll kill the core and come back down to earth with a gentle stretch and yoga finish. This blend of BARRE technique and strength exercises is perfect for all body types and all skill levels.
