Class is a specialized fitness session designed to enhance the strength and flexibility required for pole dancing. It focusing on building core, upper body, and grip strength while improving overall flexibility to execute pole moves safely and effectively

Any cancelations or reschedules made 12-hours or closer to class start time are not eligible for a credit. Booking closes one hour prior to the start of class.
