Service Description

In this workshop, you'll be learning some of Sheila's favorite combinations, including low pole flow and up-the-pole tricks. This class will challenge you to get our of your comfort zone and open up to new movement. By the end of this workshop you will gain new choreography leaving you feeling proud and accomplished. Material in this class will be taught at the high beginner/intermediate level.

Any cancelations or reschedules made 12-hours or closer to class start time are not eligible for a credit. Booking closes one hour prior to the start of class.
