Cancellation Policy

1. Rental Terms: The Renter agrees to rent the studio space for the purpose of movement such as yoga, dance or personal training, and acknowledges that the rental is for the space only, and does not include use of the aerial equipment (poles, silks, or lyras). The use of any aerial equipment is strictly prohibited unless otherwise arranged with the Studio and subject to additional fees. 2. Cleanliness and Maintenance: The Renter agrees to leave the Studio in the same condition in which it was found, including but not limited to cleanliness and arrangement of furniture and equipment. The Renter is responsible for any damage to the space or property caused during their rental time. Any excessive cleaning or maintenance required will incur additional fees. 3. Aerial Equipment Usage: The Renter acknowledges and agrees that the use of the poles, silks, or lyras is strictly prohibited during their rental period unless explicitly authorized by the Studio. Unauthorized use of the aerial equipment will result in a $250 fee. This fee will be charged to the Renter’s account, and the Renter may be subject to further penalties, including but not limited to the termination of the rental agreement and a ban from future rentals. 4. Indemnification and Liability: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, agents, and employees from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the Renter's use of the Studio space. The Renter assumes full responsibility for their actions during the rental period and acknowledges that the Studio is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss to the Renter, their property, or any third party. 5. Payment: The Renter agrees to pay the rental fee as specified at the time of booking. 6. Cancellation Policy: The Renter may cancel their rental reservation up to 48 hours in advance for a credit towards a future date. Refunds are not issued once a rental time is purchased.
