Our Class Offerings

Our leveled pole classes are focused on tricks, combination, building strength, mobility and having fun. You'll learn from the ground up in intro (level 1), simple spins, climbs and pole sits and continue to grow and learn more as you climb up the levels. 

Our heels classes offer your sensual side a release. All of our heels classes are heavily dance and choreography based, with some time for free movement. Getting your first pair of heels? Read this, and jump into Heels 101 to help you gain ankle strength and knowledge of how to use your heels while you dance and feel confident doing so. 

Silks or Fabrics is a traditional circus apparatus that can be used in a multitude of ways. In our classes you will start by learning the basic foot locks, climbs, hipkey and other beautiful poses. While slowly gaining strength and learning more complicated sequences and drops. 

Aerial hoop is a metal apparatus with a world of possibilities, learn beautiful poses under, in and on top of the hoop. And work towards longer sequences, drops and dynamic movements. 

Heels only suggested for a hoops and heels classes.

Try yoga in a whole new way! The aerial hammock can either assist your practice and ease you into a pose or challange your practice and add a new level to it. These classes focus on breath work, core strength and flexibility. Each class will also include an opportunity for a hammock assisted inversion. 

Our somatic movement offering. Looking to get out of your head, be present and feel more free while you move? You'll use the floor and the pole for loose choreography and opportunities for guided free movement to help you find your own rhythm and sol.
