Service Description

Level 1 is for those with no previous Lyra (aerial hoop) experience. You will learn hoop etiquette, how to get in and out of the Lyra, some basic poses and short sequences.

To cancel for a credit please do so 12-hours prior to class. Classes cut off for new sign ups 15 minutes prior to start time. Classes with less than 2 students will be cancelled.
