Pole-ography (all levels)

Service Description

The perfect way to dip your toes into the sensual side of pole. Looking to feel yourself and learn to pole DANCE? This is the class for you. This class focuses on breaking down sensual movement through choreography and low flow movements. This class does not focus on tricks or climbing. Open to those with no pole experience. We will build choreography for 3 weeks (3/5-3/19) but attendance at all classes is not required. Shorts suggested, heels welcomed but not required (have questions on pole heels? message us!)
